A family history of breast cancer can create a lot of anxiety and I completely understand this. ⁠ ⁠ While family history is an important risk factor, I am passionate about promoting the things that women can do to reduce their risk of breast cancer.
Regularly checking your breasts is important for #earlydetection⁠ ⁠ Get into the habit of checking your breasts in the shower once a month.⁠ Check for changes in how they look and feel and don’t forget to check your armpits and collarbones too!
